Main Areas of Responsibility:
Duties include planning, developing, and implementing effective email and SMS marketing campaigns; coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure exceptional execution of said campaigns; and relevant data analysis/reporting. This role provides an opportunity to drive ministry growth, enhance customer relationship management, and further customer engagement.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Execute day-to-day email campaigns including automation sequences, associated landing pages, coding (HTML/CSS), building and managing multi-language emails (localization), editing content; quality assurance, testing and delivery per marketing requirements, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Manage, import, and segment donor information using a combination of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and database queries
