Internship
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

12-week internship will focus on working within and leading youth-orientated programs throughout the summer to gain experience with how the Museum works to inspire the next generation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The intern will work with other community organizations, such as the Boys and Girls Club, the City of Santa Fe and Girls Inc., to plan and deliver tours and gallery-related art activities for youth groups. Intern will also create a set of lessons that relate to objects within the Museum’s collection, scaled for a variety of grade levels.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The intern must be a college senior or graduate student, preferably with a background in art or art history. Background working with youth and experience managing a classroom or other learning environment essential. Should have knowledge of touring or presentation techniques.
