Main Areas of Responsibility: 

LANL Foundation in Española seeks full-time Education Enrichment Director to manage partnerships, an internal team and programs across the Pre-K–12 public education spectrum focused on priorities of STEM education; teacher training and leadership; social, emotional supports for students and educators; pathways to college and career; advocacy and equity for Northern NM students.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Director will develop sustainable programs, oversee the inquiry STEM initiative (ISEC), take part in grantmaking and writing, manage program evaluations and communicate with internal and external stakeholders and policy makers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Master’s degree preferred with relevant experience in education & program management, understanding of education assets, challenges & opportunities in the region, with proven leadership, collaboration, cultural competency & critical thinking skills.
