Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The primary role of the Education and Prevention Specialist is to administer and implement primary prevention programming to organizational and school-based communities in Northern New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Advocate for individuals and families on the 24-hour crisis line after hours. A minimum of 3 shifts per month may be mandated during periods of time that do not have enough volunteer staffing.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Commitment to creating positive social change.
• Teaching or related experience with youth in a school setting and public speaking experience.
