Education Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Education Manager will manage the adult and youth education programs in the Cinema and Visual Arts to support CCA's mission. Key duties include:

• Work with the CCA staff as needed to create a team-based approach to the program
• Research and develop thought-provoking and socially relevant educational programs
• Maintain focus on revenue generation and programmatic goals
• Work with staff to create grant applications and final reports

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant experience
• Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, shared drives and internet
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to work collaboratively and a sense of humor
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Excellent written and spoken English
