Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION-Responsible for program management and development of two comprehensive Catholic Charities centers: the Center for Educational Opportunity and the Children Learning Center. Accountable for direct supervision of staff that provides: ESL/Citizenship and ESL/Computer and GED (both English and Spanish) courses as well as a quality childcare with both day and evening programs.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

In addition, you will be responsible for community relations, grant writing, contract compliance and reporting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field, master’s degree preferred, knowledge of GED, Adult Basic Education and ESL educational system preferred, computer competency in Microsoft Office and database, grant and budget management, 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
