Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assists the Economic Development Program Manager in the overall operations and administration of economic development programs that support the self-sufficiency and financial well-being of eligible refugee families. Responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and successful operations of: Individual Development Account, Refugee Agricultural Assistance, Microenterprise Development Loans, and associated supportive programs including financial literacy, tax assistance and others.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Coordinates and assists in the successful operation of the Individual Development Account Program (IDA), Microenterprise Development Program (MED), and all financial literacy and business consulting services. Provides programmatic support to the Refugee Agricultural Partnership Program (RAPP), including continued development of other economic development program activities.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field from a 4-year college or university; or 2-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
