Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Economic Development Program Coordinator assists in the overall operations and administration of programs that support the self-sufficiency and financial well-being of eligible refugee families in northern and central N.M.
This position will be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and successful operations of the IDA, RAPP, MED, and all other financial literacy program activity (including temporary programs such as VITA)
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Coordinates and assists in the successful operation of the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s Individual. Development Account Program (IDA), Microenterprise Development Program (MED), and all Financial Literacy and Business Consulting Services.
-Provides programmatic support to the Refugee Agricultural Partnership Program (RAPP).
-Assist in the continuing development of other Economic Development Program activities including the U.S. Internal Revenue Services’ VITA tax program and NM Refugees in Film.
