Early Intervention Quality Trainer

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensures Family Infant Toddler, early intervention service standards and regulation compliance through documented systematic implementation of training curriculum. Ensure LifeROOTS quality standards and expectations are met through documented systematic processes of review. Position will maintain a minimum caseload of 2 billable CME, 2 billable annuals, 4 billable hours of Service Coordination and 4 hours of developmental Specialist hours monthly.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Work closely with Early Intervention Manager to ensure quality and compliance expectations are being met through training processes.
2. Responsible for and track all Service Coordinator Training required through the Family Infant Toddler program. Staff trained as identified by Director of CTS Q/TC will schedule all field trainings hours with providers or with themselves..
3. Responsible for and track all Developmental Specialist Training required through the Family Infant Toddler program.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Completed Family Service Coordinator, Developmental Specialist and IDA training as required by the Family Infant Toddler Program.
2. Ability to execute documentation through Microsoft Software-Excel, Outlook and WORD.

3. Clerical experience is required.

4. Understanding of early intervention and/or NM FIT program.

5. Must have experience and working knowledge of FIT-KIDS database.
