Full-time position, providing home and/or community-based family-centered services for 0-3 year olds with developmental delays/disabilities and their families. Member of a transdisciplinary team. Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements: BA in Early Childhood, Special Education, Child Development or related field. Reliable transportation required. Bilingual and experience in Early Intervention preferred.
