Main Areas of Responsibility:
Account Manager for Employee Assistance Program (EAP). 15 hour/week. Responsible for maintaining relationships with EAP clients and developing new business. Goals are to promote use and awareness of EAP services, assist companies to integrate services into their daily operations and assist in the expansion of EAP business.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Regular relationship maintenance with EAP company clients
• Conducting EAP benefit orientation sessions
• Conducting wellness workshops
• Monthly electronic distribution of informational material to clients
• Marketing of EAP services as well as other agency services provided by Outcomes Inc.
• New business development
