Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a dynamic e-Learning Developer to design creative and technical online continuing education products for the radiologic technology profession. Our vast product library offers the ambitious developer the opportunity to employ all facets of design (web, video, animation and technical writing) to create engaging and comprehensive learning products.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Production and creation of professional development products for the radiologic technology profession using digital media editing and authoring; product improvement analysis; interaction with subject matter experts and staff; adherence to project timelines; quality assurance; and product maintenance, with input into packaging and graphic design.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Associate degree or higher in English, education, computer science or multimedia.
• 1-3 years’ experience designing creative and competency-based online learning products that are targeted, participatory and increase knowledge and skills, preferably in the medical field.
• Exhibits the ability to work with subject-matter experts to design, write or revise learning products.
• Demonstrated experience applying adult-learning theory and curriculum-development techniques.
