Driver/In-Kind Donation Assistant

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Assistant is responsible for driving a midsize (Class 4) box truck in Albuquerque and surrounding areas, picking up donated furniture items, and delivering furniture and housewares to clients where needed. The Assistant must be able to keep to a schedule, navigate around the city using addresses and cross-streets, and follow all traffic laws and safety standards.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, NM Driver's License, clean driving record, the ability to drive and maintain a midsize box truck with 1-2 years of driving experience, the ability to lift heavy furniture, good decision-making skills, and good oral and written communication skills in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Pay range starts at $12.60 per hr., DOE.
