Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Donor Services Representative will engage, primarily by phone, with prospective and active general and mid-level donors. Contact with general donors will be for the purpose of retention by thanking them for donations, encouraging them with testimonies, and making them aware of current ministry activities and needs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Represent the organization by developing a comprehensive understanding of its history, values, vision, and strategic objectives and being able to communicate these knowledgeably, credibly, and enthusiastically with current and prospective donors. Pray with donors when appropriate. Communicate clearly and effectively with donors, primarily by phone, handwritten correspondence, email and web communications.
