Donor Services and Database Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for management and general oversight of Roadrunner Food Bank's fundraising database including ensuring that the database is maximized as an effective tool for relationship management and fundraising activities. This position is key to using our database for marketing, prospecting, cultivation and recognition of supporters.

oSupervises two full-time data entry clerks and temporary seasonal workers
oEnsures excellent service in support of internal and external customers.
oEnsures data entry accuracy, timeliness, troubleshooting
oHandles daily data entry of select donations such as Capital Campaign gifts and pledges

Other Information/Requirements: 

oMinimum three (3) years experience in a non-profit fundraising department or for-profit marketing/sales department
oTwo-years experience in a database management function
oMinimum of two (2) years Supervisory experience
oCommitment to excellent customer service
oExperience with eTapestry preferred but not required
oExperience in a non-profit preferred but not required
oCollege degree or equivalent experience required
