Donor Relations Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, and with support from the Fundraising Committee, this position will coordinate & implement a comprehensive development program to meet CLNkids resource needs. This includes fundraising, donor engagement, special events management, public speaking, facilitating in-kind contributions and marketing.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Philosophically & professionally supportive of the necessity of developing resources that fit with our vision and mission. Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to think strategically. Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Advocacy, Development Planning, Annual & Special Events, Corporate & Community Relations, Volunteer Management.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Sensitive to the needs of people experiencing homelessness & the complexity of services we offer in an effort to stabilize their lives and have them become self-sufficient. Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field. 3-5 years nonprofit experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to meet fundraising goals. Knowledge of ETapestry is essential. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software.
