Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We're looking for a development professional who want to join our team with their enthusiasm and excellent communication skills advocating for children and families in New Mexico!
This position is responsible for providing support in all aspects of development and donor relations and events. Development support includes maintaining donor database, donor correspondence and cultivation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

- Maintains Constituent Resource Management (CRM) database
-Works with Marketing & Communications Manager as needed to maintain online giving platforms.
- Contributes to overall planning dialogue through the lens of donor cultivation as outlined in Communications Plan.

Other Information/Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) years of experience in nonprofit development, OR
2. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in nonprofit development, community engagement, donor development/relations, or similar field.
