Faith Comes By Hearing has a full-time position available for a Donor Engagement Event Coordinator who is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and implementing Faith Comes By Hearing’s donor fundraising events. These events are for increasing ministry awareness, deepening donor engagement, acquiring new donors, and raising funds under the direction of the Donor Engagement Director.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work closely with Director to understand overall program strategy to coordinate/implement successful events,Work closely with members of Donor Engagement to develop thorough understanding of donor relations,Coordinate events with attention to financial and time constraints,Develop timelines for events and coordinate details with departments,Identify/research venues and vendors considering best combination of quality, cost, and most favorable terms,organize and present the data in a recommendation to Director

Other Information/Requirements: 

2-3 years of experience in non-profit arena in areas of donor engagement, hospitality, and/or public relations,Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with high professionalism,Well organized with multi-tasking skills,Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with internal and external contacts,Able to handle stress with ability to problem-solve,Able to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends,Proficient in Microsoft Office,experience in Customer Relationship Management
