Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for managing and coordinating all donation pick-ups and deliveries, as well as receiving all merchandise, processing monthly reporting of sales and day-to-day tasks associated with maintaining thrift shop operations, including but not limited to maintaining adequate stock, merchandising, and working with customers and volunteers.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Unload and break down deliveries as needed. Maintain proper product assortment and inspect deliveries for quality before accepting.
• Maintain the cleanliness and conditions of storage areas and conduct minor cleaning and repairs to donations, as needed.
• Maintain proper product assortment, ordering, pricing, merchandising and inventory control to achieve established results.
