Domestic Violence Staff Attorney

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Domestic Violence Staff Attorney will work to assist clients with Orders of Protection and other related cases affecting the personal safety and economic security of victims. The attorney also will be a key member of NMLA’s statewide family law practice group.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A passion to represent victims of domestic violence, sexual assault or stalking is highly preferred. This position also requires extensive courtroom time. Must be licensed in New Mexico, or eligible for licensing by reciprocity, limited legal aid providers licensing, or by sitting for the next available New Mexico bar examination.
