Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Community Foundation of SNM in Las Cruces is seeking a full time coordinator for this initiative. Place Matters Doña Ana County seeks to improve the health of participating communities by addressing conditions that lead to poor health. PLACE MATTERS initiatives build capacity of local community leaders and stakeholders to address social, economic and environmental conditions that shape health equity and health outcomes, including those associated with race and ethnicity in New Mexico.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bilingual & BA/BS preferred, deep understanding of socio-economic and health related issues in Doña Ana County & border region. Able to travel with own vehicle.
Salary range: $40,000 – $47,500 w/ benefits (Grant Funded Position -2 Years)
Hours: 40/week including some nights/weekends
