Director of Youth Program

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, fun-spirited individual to lead our agriculturally-based Youth Programs; Junior Leaders (ages 12-18), Campers (ages 4-11), and onsite Field Trips. The individual is responsible for creating and implementing an educational curriculum for youth, all while having FUN and bringing JOY to others. The qualified candidate will guide and empower youth of all ages to learn, create, explore, and grow through hands-on learning, innovation, and teamwork.

Essential Functions:
• Work with the GGYR team to develop strategies for recruiting, training, engaging, and leading Junior Leaders
• Assess each Junior Leader’s Agricultural Aptitude, Emotional Intelligence, Strengths, Abilities, and Areas of Interest
