Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and development of all existing and new restoration ministry programs for homeless women. Responsibilities include: supervision, staff performance evaluations, meetings, delegation, teaching, budget enactment, recordkeeping and overseeing the care of souls. This position also serves as a chaplain, teaches, supervises, develops social service resources, and assists in leadership.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Establish, maintain and further develop the overall plan and structure of the women’s programs toward the goal of bringing about restoration in the lives of program participants through salvation, discipleship, and consistent program enactment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in administration, management, communications, or other related course-work. Successful experience in program management, preferably including: evangelism, discipleship, program establishment/maintenance/development, staff performance/evaluation/ communication, budget enactment, policy, procedures and processes, record-keeping, relating with public, building and grounds upkeep/upgrade.
