Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for developing and successfully enacting a measurable pro-active volunteer ministry plan to involve increasing numbers of individuals and groups to support the staff and ministry efforts in the work of the Steelbridge Ministries.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist in the development and successfully enact measurable, time targeted proactive plans for involving individuals, corporations, small businesses, community groups, and churches within the entire ministry of Steelbridge Ministries through staff involvement input, Handles the process of screening, placing, formulating a description of responsibilities, creation of training, review, recognition, recordkeeping, and orientation for incoming volunteers.

Other Information/Requirements: 

At least 2-years experience in developing and directing a volunteer program or other programs, 3-years of experience and accomplishment in supervision, coordination, or team-building toward a defined goal, A practical understanding of what types of processes, forms, and components are necessary to support a successful volunteer program and the ability to utilize that understanding in developing a vital component of the ministry.
