Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Scholarship Operations is responsible for the leadership of Scholarship Operations team ensuring scholarship program delivery and achieving outcome goals in conjunction with the vision, mission and strategic direction of AIGC. Serves as liaison between educational institutions and recipients, and AIGC and the educational, Native American and wider community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Scholarship Operations works with COO and Development Director to maintain contract compliance and reports for all scholarship portfolios. The Director will assist with planning, developing, and implementing strategies for identifying and generating funding and resource opportunities for program activities, including development of grants and other fundraising proposals.

Other Information/Requirements: 

The Director of Scholarship Operations will be based in AIGC’s office in Albuquerque, and the position will require regular travel throughout the United States.
Starting Salary $58,000-$72,000 DOE.
