Director of Resource Development

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Major Gifts, Annual and Planned Giving, Capital Campaign, to include solicitation and securing Home Sponsorships, management of Special Events.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Marketing and Communications through production of quarterly Newsletter, TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor, Website and Social Media maintenance and oversight.

Maintain positive working relationships with Board of Directors, Development Committee, and GAHH Staff.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, at least five years direct experience in nonprofit charitable fundraising. Requires exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to give presentations. Strong people skills, enjoys working with volunteers. Must share same passion as volunteers for giving a hand-up to less fortunate.
Reports directly to the Executive Director.
