Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Member of Executive Team, reports to Executive Director. Responsible for leading and managing the domestic and intimate partner violence residential program services. Oversight of all shelter operations to include supervising shelter manager; day to day operations and activities, staff supervision; delivery of quality services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Must possess one of the following NM Licenses: LMSW, LMHC, LPCC or LISW OR we will consider ten (10) plus years’ relevant work experience in lieu of licenser.
• Five to seven years of progressive senior level management and supervisory experience in a nonprofit setting.
