Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Supervise all property management staff and functions to ensure the operational and financial health of the apartment properties managed by the Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico (SHC-NM).

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Overseeing the operations of SHC-NM managed properties to maximize occupancy, ensure regulatory requirements are met, increase operational efficiency and profitability, and ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures and funding requirements.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree & 5 years supervisory experience. Experience with federally subsidized properties such as HUD811 or LIHTC properties required. Experience working with people living with disabilities or experiencing homelessness, behavioral health, or mental health issues.
