Main Areas of Responsibility:
Supervise all property management staff and functions to ensure the operational and financial health of the apartment properties managed by the Supportive Housing Coalition of New Mexico (SHC-NM). Oversee the operations of SHC-NM managed properties to maximize occupancy, increase operational efficiency and profitability, and ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures and funding requirements.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee and supervise tenant services; provide staff training; conduct monitoring and ensure compliance with all applicable fair housing practices and laws;
