Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides the necessary leadership that ensures that the children in the care of El Ranchito de los Niños receive the highest level of care and that the welfare of each child is paramount in every decision. During their residency with El Ranchito de los Niños, each child will come to understand that they have worth in their own right, that there is a God who watches over them, and that each child receives the most powerful education possible.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Reviews information received on each child and establishes therapeutic relationships with mental health licensed providers.
• Reviews information received on each child and coordinates medical treatment as necessary
• Reviews the educational needs of each child and ensures that the child is receiving the most powerful education possible.
• Responsible for providing resources and information to ensure that all children have access to their faith.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an Associate’s degree in a related field with 5 years of Community Home managerial experience.
• This position is subject by law to finger printing and must past a rigorous criminal/character background investigation
• Must have a valid driver’s license in NM or another state that is transferrable to NM.
