Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Programs primary responsibilities will be to implement the Smoke-Free Multi-Unit Housing project and oversee achievement of grant deliverables. This position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of regional mission-related program activities in the areas of lung health, air quality, and tobacco; including public education, outreach, and resource referral on these topics.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree required in public administration, business, public health or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum three years experience working with community health education programs.
Experience in direct supervision of staff, plus experience recruiting and working with volunteers, facilitating groups and/or conducting trainings is preferred.
Computer skills/knowledge needed.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
