Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides the necessary leadership that ensures that the children in the care of El Ranchito de los Niños receive the highest level of care and that the welfare of each child is paramount in every decision. Oversight of up to 15 staff

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Supports and efficiently carries out responsibilities in accordance with El Ranchito de los Ninos, Inc. Policies and Procedures. Oversees all programs, day to day life of the children, manages staff and children's schedules and represents El Ranchito in the community.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Finance, Social Work in a related field or an Associate’s degree in a related field with 1 year experience or 5 years of experience in a related field
• This position is subject by law to finger printing and must past a rigorous criminal/character background investigation
• Must have a valid driver’s license in NM or another state that is transferrable to NM.
