Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director is responsible for the operational success of the department ensuring seamless team management, program development and delivery, quality control and compliance of all grants and contracts. In this role the Director will provide leadership and supervision of staff. The Director will be a key representative at the community, state and federal levels.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Education requirements include a Master’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health or related field. 2 years relevant experience may substitute for 1 year of education. It requires a minimum of 5 years program and grant management and 2 years supervisory experience. The candidate should demonstrate flexibility, self-motivation, leadership, personnel management, collaboration, strategic program management, excellent written and oral communication and independent judgment.
