Director of Philanthropy

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Philanthropy, a senior management position reporting to the Executive Director, develops and oversees programs to raise funds and strengthen the organization's relationships with its supporters. The Director of Philanthropy plans, supervises and executes the major gifts program and develops complimentary fundraising and donor cultivation strategies. The Director of Philanthropy supervises a Development Associate and provides leadership to the staff and Board of Directors.
