Main Areas of Responsibility:
This new position provides tactical leadership in the development and implementation of UWCNM's human capital practices and policies. Helps organization build its capacity to find, motivate and support talent in a high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, collaboration, diversity, inclusiveness, teamwork, and excellence. Internalizes the organization’s mission, vision and strategic objectives and works across departments to build and manage a best-in-class human resource function.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Essential Functions: HR Operations including policies/procedures and benefits/insurance; DEI strategies, programs, external relations and reporting; Employee Lifecycle Management, from hiring/training to organizational development and employee satisfaction; Compensation & Benefits Administration, including third-party vendor contracts; and HR Consultant to employees and supervisors, including resolution of employee relations issues.
