Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Pegasus Legal Services for Children is hiring a full-time (4 days/32 hours per week) Director of Outreach and Engagement. This is a hybrid position. Pegasus is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and defend the rights of children and youth to safe and stable homes, quality education and healthcare, and a voice in decisions that affect their lives.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position will oversee the application line and all outreach efforts and strategy. This position will have heavy client contact providing assistance through a statewide legal helpline; requires experience with Google Apps, self-motivation & a strong work ethic, previous legal experience not required; excellent communication & organizational skills. Employee will also identify and attend outreach events. They will manage a Program Specialist who supports the application line and outreach events.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience providing legal aid or nonprofit representation to individual clients. Multilingual applicants highly encouraged to apply.

Starting Salary: $52,000; Multilingual Candidate Salary: $57,200
