Director of Organizational Planning, Quality Assurance and Fund Development

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To ensure effective implementation of the strategic plan, review and make suggestions for improvement of all organizational processes and systems utilizing performance excellence strategies and creating a system of organizational quality assurance. Will assist the director in grant writing and will lead fund development efforts. Effectively lead project-based multi-disciplinary teams.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Will supervise staff and represent the organization in a manner that enhances NMVFC's reputation and influence. Will assist the Director in donor cultivation and Board development. Should have familiarity with building data bases and project management software.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MA in leadership or related fields, should have experience in community outreach, grant writing and a minimum of seven years of leadership experience in multi-faceted complex organizations. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and technical writing experience.
