Main Areas of Responsibility:
Develops, implements, and monitors work practices, systems, and methods that are consistent with May Center culture contract, standards, policies, and procedures; supervises, implements, and updates all organizational systems; manages budgets; coordinates May Center master calendar of events; develops schedule of classes and sessions for programs in collaboration with relevant leadership team members; administers records, reports and transcripts.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversees the organizational safety programs including building security, emergency procedures, fire drills; updates and publishes employee and parent/student handbooks in collaboration with appropriate leadership team members; oversees the maintenance of the facility.
