Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Director of Operations will provide leadership and oversight of all day-to-day operations of Saranam; serve as the senior partner on the leadership team; directly supervise program directors; act as the lead strategist for finance, human resources, facilities management, all of the staff and contractors.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Masters in Social Services, Planning, Business or related field, or related experience. Min. 3 yrs' experience in management/administration. Working knowledge and familiarity with community-wide efforts to address issues of homelessness. Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Human Resources principles, finance/accounting management systems. Demonstrated capacity in leadership, solution-based resolution and coaching skills.
