Main Areas of Responsibility:
-Shape and carry out cohesive marketing strategy that reflects mission, goals, and audiences
-Guide marketing campaigns from first idea to final delivery, including seasonal promotions, events, fundraising, and institutional storytelling
-Work with internal teams and external partners—designers, photographers, web developers—to create compelling, on-brand content
-Write, edit, or guide key communications
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
-Partner collaboratively with colleagues across programs, development, and hospitality operations to integrate and leverage marketing and communications efforts
-Supervise the Marketing Coordinator
-Manage the marketing budget, tracking return on investment for key initiatives
-Use tools such as Google Analytics, email engagement data, and booking trends to refine strategy and improve effectiveness
