Main Areas of Responsibility: 

To increase resources to support UWNCNM’s purpose, vision, mission, and initiatives through Principal Gifts and Legacy Gift commitments. To ensure the highest level of customer service to Tocqueville Society members and Impact Investor donors with consistency and dependability. Responsible for managing the Tocqueville Society to increase personal giving, donor loyalty and engagement, including the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of members’ gifts.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Influence Management
Able to make a persuasive argument to influence an audience; develops and uses subtle strategies to influence others; works to make others feel ownership in one’s own solutions; identifies key decision-makers on issues of concern; develops and effectively uses networks, inside and outside of UWNCNM. Initiates, builds, and continuously strengthens relationships with investors and prospects.

Other Information/Requirements: 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree
Skills: Technical and analytical skills, Strong communication skills, Sales skills
Experience: 3 years’ experience with solicitation and maintenance of planned gifts, experience as a development professional soliciting major gifts , experience working with and supporting volunteers

Salary Range: 
$85,000 - $95,000 annually, 35 hours per week Full Time Employee (FTE)
