Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position works under the direction of the Vice President for Finance and Operations and is responsible for developing and executing Human Resources strategy in alignment with the strategic direction of the College. Develops and executes policies, programs for HR including strategic planning, job development, recruitment, selection, employee development, training, compensation and benefits and all other HR related functions.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Drive HR Department culture that is customer focused, competent, and provides timely service to the College. Ensure effective and accurate administration of recruitment and employment activities; labor and employee relations; training and development; compensation and benefits; record keeping systems; and performance development and evaluation systems. Ensures all Federal and State laws, regulations, compliance needs and standards are met.
