Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, organizational design and development, recruitment, performance management, and compensation and benefits. This position is responsible for ensuring that All Faiths is fully compliant with all employee-related federal, state and local laws.

Performance Expectations:
As a member of the senior leadership team, helps set the direction and ensures the financial health of the agency. The ideal candidate is expected to be a competent HR professional and an excellent organizational development professional, all the while embracing the highest ethical standards in management, governance and nonprofit leadership.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, sociology, psychology or a related field is required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive human resources and organizational development leadership responsibility, demonstrated experience leading change and influencing across functional lines to create a unified approach to managing the department.
