Job Summary:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the HR function including employee relations, organizational design and development, recruitment, performance management, and compensation and benefits. This position is responsible for ensuring that All Faiths is fully compliant with all employee-related federal, state and local laws.
