Main Areas of Responsibility:
Assist Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with overall administration, coordination and evaluation of HR function. Provide vision, leadership and supervision for the HR dept, including, but not limited to training, recruiting, EE relations, and benefits administration. Collaborate to establish strategic direction for HR in the organization and develop an EE-oriented culture; emphasizing quality, continuous innovation and high performance.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee training program and implement program to support organizational goals. With assistance from CAO, obtains cost effective, EE serving benefits and recommends changes in benefits offered for EE satisfaction and retention. Lead implementation of company safety and health program. Monitors OSHA compliance, and manages the development and maintenance of the HRIS.
