Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Runs administrative desk in clubhouse. Parent and member interaction. Answers phones.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Answer phones, receive messages, KidTrax maintenance, prepare daily rotation paperwork for Program Leaders, process club payments, maintain daily transportation logs, maintain monthly member payment logs, maintain membership payment logs, maintain daily KidTrax logs, prepare and print membership cards and other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School diploma or GED required. Proficient in Microsoft Office. QuickBooks POS Experience Preferred. Experience in clerical and cash handling, working with children, and knowledge of youth development .
Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems, communicate with the general public, and organize and supervise members in a safe environment
Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications
Valid New Mexico drivers license
Spanish bilingual preferred
