Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Answer phones, receive messages, KidTrax maintenance, prepare daily rotation paperwork for Program Leaders, process club payments, maintain daily transportation logs, maintain monthly member payment logs, maintain membership payment logs, maintain daily KidTrax logs, prepare and print membership cards and other duties as assigned.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Maintain club records and prepare membership cards
• Accept payments including processing credit cards
• Maintain confidentiality of club information
• Register new members, participate in parent communication
• Responsible for unit when Unit Director is out of the office
• Participate in weekly branch staff meetings

Other Information/Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED required. A post-secondary education is preferred
• Microsoft Office 2010 (Publisher, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
• QuickBooks Point of Sale Experience Preferred
• Clerical and cash handling experience
• Ability to communicate with the general public.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Valid New Mexico drivers license
• Spanish bilingual preferred
