Director of Finance

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 Implementation of business management and accounting functions, guidelines, and procedures;
 Involvement in budget preparation/modification and monitoring of expenditures;
 Financial reports preparation and analysis;
 Oversees financial operations of ARM, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, payroll, utility billing, cash flow management, and general accounting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or other fields relating directly to Business Management;
Sufficient experience, preferably 7-10 years;
Sufficient experience/knowledge of the unique legal, accounting, and overall context of a non-profit/church entity.
