Director of Finance

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Director of Finance position with a housing and property management organization. The position oversees the Finance Department, including budgeting, audits, tax related reporting, accounting, financial grant compliance and long-range forecasting for the organization.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of accounting and spreadsheet software and fund accounting with experience in multiple entities preferred. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience will include 5 years of experience with at least 2 years at a senior level and preferably in a non-profit or housing development setting.
