Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Reporting to the CFO, the director of finance manages and coordinates the day-to-day functions of the Finance Department, including the monthly close process, audit, budget and taxes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position manages all functions pertaining to compliance, general ledger, and accounts payable and receivable for the ASRT and produces accurate and timely financial statements and reports. The incumbent also directs the daily activities of a small, tenured, exempt-level staff. Relocation to Albuquerque, New Mexico is required.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA license required. Minimum five years accounting experience with demonstrated ability to accurately maintain a set of books and produce financial statements and reports on a regular schedule. Working knowledge of GAAP. Minimum of three years management-level experience at the director level, with a proven record of operating and managing a team with high ethical standards.
