Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Director of Finance reports directly to the Executive Director (ED) and ensures the organization and staff are in compliance with RCCCNM financial policies, grant reporting and other conditions pertaining to funding and generally accepted accounting principles. This position plays a critical role in the strategic decision making and operations of RCCCNM. The Director of Finance must be deeply committed to RCCCNM’s vision and mission, and to excellence in advancing the organization.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Budgeting, grant management/reporting, maintaining accurate QuickBooks file, AR/AP, bank reconciliations and management of all bank accounts, payroll, donor tracking/acknowledgement, financial reports, audit management/support, IRS Form 990 support and coordination, human resources record keeping, legal compliance and reporting, communication of financial information to Board of Directors
